Erica is a childcare specialist with 6 years of full-time experience and 10 additional years of part-time experience. She is the current nanny for our handsome Ring Bearer, Sloan! Erica finds great joy in caring for children, especially the littles. She specializes in disability care and has multiple behavioral training certifications. She is med-aide certified, and her CPR/First Aid training is up to date. Erica resides in Gulf Shores, Alabama with her Great Dane.

Fun Fact: Erica was born in Naples, Florida and lived in Fort Myers, Florida for the first few years of her life. She is excited to come back for a visit!
